What we are building

Constructelligence is building frontier AI for construction: models and software that read a contractor's own accounting, project, payroll and field data and say, while a job is still running, whether it is making money — and then do the follow-up work a good project manager would.

Construction runs on systems that each hold part of the truth: the ERP holds cost, the project platform holds change events, payroll holds hours, the schedule holds dates. Most contractors still join them by hand in a spreadsheet after month-end close, which is why an overrun is usually found when it is too late to change. We join them continuously, read-only, and forecast every job weekly by cost code.

How we work

• Read-only by design. Connectors log in with read-only credentials and the query layer runs nothing but SELECT. See security.
• Show the arithmetic. Every forecast comes with the figures behind it, and every number traces to the row it came from.
• Publish what helps the industry. Reference data, prompts, agent skills, schemas, MCP servers and five lite models are open on GitHub and Hugging Face — see open source.
• Measure against the work. ConstructBench grades construction AI field by field on the calculations people in the industry do every day.

Where we are

We are in private beta, based in the United States, onboarding contractors a few at a time so each one is connected and reconciled against a report it already trusts. Constructelligence runs in our cloud or on a contractor's own server.
