Privacy policy
What this website collects, how we use it, who processes it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
This policy explains what Constructelligence (“we”) collects through this website and how we handle it. How we handle your company's data once you are a customer — your ERP, project and payroll records — is set out in your order form and data processing agreement (DPA), and summarised on our security page.
What this website collects
- What you type into a form. The beta, demo-access, pricing and tools forms collect your work email, your company and, if you choose to give them, your name, role, team size, the plan or connector you are interested in, and a message.
- A keyed hash of your IP address, stored with a form submission to stop abuse. We store a salted hash, never the address itself.
- Nothing from the free tools. The calculators and PDF-to-Excel converters run in your browser. What you enter or upload is not sent to us.
These pages carry no third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not use cookies to track you across sites.
How we use it
To reply to you, to run the beta and demo-access queues, to prepare a quote you asked for, and to understand which connectors and features people want. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
This website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are stored in a database operated by Turso on our behalf. They process the data only to provide those services to us.
Customer data and AI models
We do not use one customer's data to train models for another. Any use of your data for model improvement is opt-in and written into the DPA. Retention of customer data is yours to set, and on Constructelligence Cloud deletion is confirmed in writing.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period after, so we can follow up on a request. Ask us and we will delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR; we honour those requests too. To make a request, use the demo-access form with “privacy request” in the message, or reach us on LinkedIn.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and for a material change we will say so on this page.
