These terms cover your use of this website — constructelligence.co, including its guides, templates, calculators and converters. Use of the Constructelligence platform itself is governed by your order form and subscription agreement, which take precedence over these terms for the platform.
Using the website
You may read the guides and use the free tools for your own business. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or bypass its security, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or use it to break the law.
Guides, calculators and templates
The guides, calculators, converters and spreadsheet templates are provided for general information and as working aids. They are not legal, accounting, tax, engineering or safety advice. Worked examples use sample figures, and results depend on the inputs you give. Check anything you rely on with a qualified professional and against your contract documents.
Spreadsheet templates you download are yours to use and adapt inside your business.
Open-source materials
Repositories and models we publish on GitHub and Hugging Face are governed by the licence stated in each one.
Our content and marks
The website's text, design and code, and the Constructelligence name and logo, belong to Constructelligence. Other companies' names and logos belong to their owners; we show them only to say which systems we connect to or have mapped, not to suggest an endorsement.

The website and free tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
