Schedule PDF to Excel (P6 & MS Project)
Schedules get sent as PDFs, and a PDF schedule can’t be filtered, sorted or checked. Drop a P6 or Microsoft Project PDF here and get the activity list back as a spreadsheet with real dates — then send it straight to the schedule health check.
How it works
- Drop the schedule PDF — a P6 layout print or an MS Project Gantt table export.
- Activities are found by their start and finish dates; WBS bands and legends are left out.
- Check the ID, name, duration, dates, % complete and float columns.
- Download Excel, or send it to the schedule health check.

Questions
Can I convert a Primavera P6 PDF to Excel?
Yes. Drop the PDF here; activities are recognised by their dates and the columns rebuilt. The export has real dates, so it sorts and filters.
Does it work with Microsoft Project PDFs?
Yes, for the table part of a Gantt view printed to PDF. The bars themselves are drawings and are ignored; the dates in the table carry the schedule.
Which date formats does it read?
01-Oct-26, Oct 1 ’26, 10/1/26, Wed 10/1/26 and 2026-10-01, plus P6’s actual (A) and constraint (*) markers.
Is the schedule uploaded?
No. It is read in your browser; nothing leaves your computer.
